Starting My Substack

Today is April 14, 2023 and I am starting a substack. Like a lot of dudes my age (52) I am pretty disconnected from the world, from my friends (I do not have wife or child so I am solitary)...

So, I thought I would jump into this thing. My friend Seth encouraged me, he has a cool substack, so I thought I would start. In fairness, I do not know what it will be. I have a feeling it is going to be a little of everything, based on my ideas about what writing should be.

I think for now, the plan is going to be simply writing about the weekly playlists I make. That seems like a simple enough place for me to start, to get going a little bit. I have been making a weekly playlist for about 5 years, and sharing it with my friends, so I am hoping that this might be an easy enough thing to use as a touch stone for me to write, and then branch out from there.
